Information on the Privacy law

 

 

 

Dear visitor,

we wish to inform you, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and, starting from 25 May 2018, pursuant to European Regulation (EU) n. 679/2016 (General Regulation on the protection of personal data - GDPR), on the processing of your personal data and on the rights associated with them.

 

The owner is Laboratorio Artitec S.n.c. Via Copernico 1 / A 23875 OSNAGO (LC) and holds / acquires and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

fulfillment of administrative, managerial, accounting, civil and tax / tax obligations;

of a statistical, commercial and promotional nature (providing commercial and / or promotional information, newsletters and / or circulars as well as SUBMIT advertising material on products, services and other sales activities);

customer management (customer administration, contract administration, orders, shipments and invoices, reliability and solvency control, pre and post sales assistance services);

supplier management (supplier administration, contract administration, orders, shipments and invoices);

internal control services (security, productivity, service quality, asset integrity);

organization of events, courses, conferences, meetings and evenings, demonstration days;

detection of customer satisfaction;

product traceability;

experience in production and post-production, post-marketing surveillance.

 

The treatment is carried out on paper and / or computerized; by telematic and / or computerized means also through automated tools designed to memorize, manage and transmit the data, in compliance with every precautionary measure, which guarantees security and confidentiality and in particular by ordinary or electronic mail, Phone (via calls or messages) and fax. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

 

The provision of data relating to Name, cogName, company name, work address, registered office address and possible operational headquarters, tax code, VAT number, Phone / mobile, fax or e-mail number, PEC, bank details or data credit card and other data necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations is optional but any refusal to provide such data could lead to failure to continue the relationship. Even the provision of other personal data, by those who intend to maintain relations with our company in any case, even if purely informative on its own activities and services, is to be considered optional.

The data will not be disseminated in an indiscriminate way, with this term meaning the giving of information to undetermined subjects in any way, even through their provision or consultation.

 

Instead, they can learn about personal data:

 

the Data Processing Managers, our employees and collaborators as well as third parties who provide the Company with administrative, IT, logistic and consulting services.

 

You will be able to obtain an updated list of our Data Processors, by requesting them by post or by e-mail at the addresses listed below.

Furthermore, the data may be communicated, with this term meaning the giving of knowledge (also for possible processing) to one or more subjects determined within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes mentioned above:

 

to all the subjects to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by virtue of legislative measures (eg police, judicial authority, financial administration, finance guard, judicial offices, etc.);

to customers, suppliers, factoring companies, debt collection companies, credit insurance companies;

to post offices, shippers and couriers for sending documentation and / or material;

to all those natural and / or legal, public and / or private persons (legal, administrative, accounting and tax consultancy firms, labor consultancy offices, judicial offices, chambers of commerce, chambers and labor offices, etc.) when the communication is necessary or functional to the performance of our activity and in the ways and for the purposes indicated above;

banking institutions and financial institutions in general for the management of collections and payments deriving from the execution of contracts.

 

Your Data will not be transferred outside the single European area. Starting from 25 May 2018, the Regulation will become effective. The interested party has the following rights as per art. from 15 to 22 of the same;

 

 

Access right:

The customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing or not of the personal data concerning him, access to the following data and information:

 

the purposes of the processing;

the categories of personal data being processed;

the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations;

the period of storage of personal data;

the existence of the right of the data subject to request the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;

the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

if the data is not collected from the interested party, all information available on their origin;

the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of this treatment for the data subject.

 

 

Right of rectification

The customer has the right to obtain immediate rectification of the inaccurate data together with the right to complete or supplement the personal data already provided.

 

 

Right to cancellation (Right to be forgotten)

The customer has the right to obtain the cancellation of personal data, for one of the following reasons:

personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

the interested party revokes the consent on which the treatment is based;

the data subject opposes the processing;

personal data have been processed illegally;

personal data must be deleted in order to fulfill a legal obligation established by the law of the Union or of the Member State to which the data controller is subject.

 

 

Right to limit the treatment

The customer has the right to obtain the treatment limitation in the following cases:

the data subject disputes the accuracy of personal data;

the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and requests instead that its use be limited;

although the data controller no longer needs it for the purposes of processing, personal data is necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;

the data subject has opposed the processing, pending verification regarding the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the interested party.

 

 

Right of notification

Laboratorio Artitec S.n.c., is obliged to communicate any rectification, cancellation or limitation of the processing of personal data to each recipient to whom the data have been communicated. If the customer requests it, Laboratorio Artitec S.n.c., he must inform him about which recipients his SUBMIT data have been.

 

 

Right to data portability

The Customer has the right to receive his personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable on electronic media. He also has the right to obtain the transmission of personal data directly from one data controller to another.

 

 

Right of opposition

The Customer has the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time. In this case the data will no longer be processed, unless Laboratorio Artitec S.n.c. does not demonstrate legitimate reasons to continue processing, or to comply with legal obligations.

We remind you that you can always file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Your data will be kept for a period of 15 years from the date of termination of the contract or the termination of the effectiveness of the relationship.
